Mailchimp is amazing for so many reasons. Sometimes though, it’s not the best tool for you. Especially if you’re a blogger or entrepreneur who has many different downloadables, freebies or ways of getting on your list. Mailchimp doesn’t let anyone sign up for same email list twice, so for each freebie you’d have to have a separate list. This becomes problematic when you want to send a newsletter out to everyone – not only do you need to do it separately for each list, but you risk sending the same newsletter twice to the same person (if they’re signed up for a few lists). If that’s your problem – ConvertKit will perfect for you. It does have some limitations and doesn’t have the visual builder Mailchimp has, but still can be used beautifully and help you automate your email marketing and freebie delivery.
