Want more affiliate sales, email subscribers and loyal readers? Make people stay on your website for LONGER. If you’re battling with high bounce rate you may want to make a few changes both in your website layout, as well as user experience and content.
Surely you’ve got lost there for hours at a time (we’re guilty of that for sure!), but did you know it can absolutely transform your business? Unlike Instagram or Facebook, Pinterest is a search engine, not a social platform. This means people are actively looking for stuff there. Stuff like your services or products!
If you have a business, you know how important your email list is. Sometimes, making the most of it can be tricky though. None of us wants to feel spammy or sleezy when emailing people with our offers and products. After all, we all are signed up for multiple newsletters and we know the feeling, right?
Social media is the place to meet your clients and customers, build brand awareness and turn strangers into raving fans of your brand.
Without the strategy though, you can get lost in ever-changing algorithms and spend hours upon hours every day, without anything to show for it. It’s not as easy as it seems, either (or at least others make it look easy!). Today, we want to talk to you about the importance of having a strong strategy behind your social media efforts.
Mailchimp is amazing for so many reasons. Sometimes though, it’s not the best tool for you. Especially if you’re a blogger or entrepreneur who has many different downloadables, freebies or ways of getting on your list. Mailchimp doesn’t let anyone sign up for same email list twice, so for each freebie you’d have to have a separate list. This becomes problematic when you want to send a newsletter out to everyone – not only do you need to do it separately for each list, but you risk sending the same newsletter twice to the same person (if they’re signed up for a few lists). If that’s your problem – ConvertKit will perfect for you. It does have some limitations and doesn’t have the visual builder Mailchimp has, but still can be used beautifully and help you automate your email marketing and freebie delivery. If you decided to switch from Mailchimp to ConvertKit, read our post to learn more about what you need to know.
